Our facility offers extended member access hours from 4:00am to 11:00pm, giving you the flexibility to train when it suits your schedule.

Simply submit an enquiry through the form at the top of this page. We'll then be in touch to arrange a tour of the facility and discuss the membership option that's right for you.

When you join, simply let us know if you'd like support with your training goals. We'll work with you to create a personalised 12-week training program at no additional cost. Participation is completely optional — you are welcome to train independently if you prefer.

We are not currently offering casual passes, as our focus is on providing the best possible training environment for our members.
